Description

European pilot for people 55+ to develop sustainable projects and olderpreneurship ventures. Through teamwork, prototyping and pitching, participants gain SD, entrepreneurship and intercultural competences.

Methodology
Input sessions, group discussions, DBCL methods, teamwork, and prototyping to convert learning into practical project development, ending with a final European presentation.
Trainers & Expertise
  George Zarifis – Professor of Continuing Education, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, expert in adult learning methodologies. Enrica Pautasso – European Project Manager, Smart Revolution, expert in design thinking, DBCL, and innovation in education. Ugljesa Marjanovic – Professor of Industrial Engineering, University of Novi Sad, head of EdTech Lab, expert in innovation and management.  


Tentative Program & Schedule

14.04 (Mon): Welcome, icebreaking, SD contexts, intro DBCL, discussing SD challenges, team warm-up & eco-challenge.
15.04 (Tue): Defining target groups, personas, ideation, developing ideas, selection.
16.04 (Wed): Prototyping session 1, pitch preparation, feedback & team reports.
17.04 (Thu): Team presentations, evaluations, award presentation.

Certification

A certificate of attendance and LEVEL5 Competence Development certificate will be issued upon completion on the course.
