Description
Through its 16 branches in western France, INSUP offers different types of courses all focusing on the integration and vocational training into employment of adults. The courses provided include training in basic education and skills, guidance, training for qualification in home care, sales, security, office skills. All the courses run aim at supporting learners into employment and include guidance and skills assessment with different sets of tools and validation systems. This foreign colleagues hosted on job shadowing visits enjoy discovering the specificities of the French vocational education system, its funding and the broad scope of subjects that can be covered during the study visit. The content is always negotiated to suit the needs of the incoming colleagues.
