Description
A 5-day European course (2023) for adults 55+ to develop civic and entrepreneurial projects. In transnational teams, participants create prototypes, pitch ideas, and build competences in innovation, inclusion and teamwork.
Objectives
- Engage in active citizenship and inclusion projects
- Explore pathways into olderpreneurship
- Learn to work in intercultural teams
- Define and reach target groups for inclusive civic projects
- Develop and prototype innovative ideas
- Present project concepts to potential funders

- Team building and networking

- Presentation and pitching sessions
- European exchange of good practices
European Dimension
Participants from 5 EU countries (AT, DE, BG, IT, PT). Exchange on national inclusion systems. Joint transnational prototypes and follow-up networking.

Certification
A certificate of attendance and LEVEL5 Competence Development certificate will be issued upon completion on the course.
