The training is a collaborative initiative, promoting knowledge sharing, professional development and cross-cultural exchange. It serves as a platform for participants to deepen their understanding of green transition of the VET sector, enhance their skills and strengthen the bonds between European organisations. The programme will primarily consist of interactive sessions focusing on the training materials produced specifically for this project. These sessions will be led by experts in their respective fields to ensure that participants gain comprehensive and valuable insights. Throughout the event, participants will engage in group discussions, hands-on activities and collaborative exercises, encouraging active participation and fostering a dynamic learning environment. This interactive approach will enable employees to share ideas, challenge existing perspectives and collectively explore new avenues for improvement and growth.

Tentative Program & Schedule

Designing steps towards VET sustainable transition (for every step we’ll provide a theoretical overview + practical work phases to develop own greening plans)

Day 1: STEP 1 Understanding the process and STEP2 Planning the Greening of VET

Day2: STEP 3 Implementing the Greening plans and an excursion to a local lighthouse project

Day 3: STEP 4 Monitoring progress and assessing results

Expected Outcome

·         Understanding of the greening process in the VET sector as whole institution approach

·         Every participant will develop a detailed greening plan for his own VET organisation

·         Knowledge of new tools and activities to plan, implement and monitor the greening process in a VET organisation
