Description
This course offers specialized training for staff of sending and hosting organizations to support inclusive mobility learning, particularly for disadvantaged adult learners participating in KA1 mobility actions. It combines expert inputs with a design-based collaborative learning methodology, empowering educators to co-create learning solutions through design thinking projects. Participants develop key facilitation competences essential for planning, delivering, and validating competence-oriented mobility learning experiences.
