Participants will learn about universal design principles, adaptive equipment, and inclusive teaching methodologies through a mix of theory and hands-on practice.

Workshops will include demonstrations of adaptive surf techniques and SUP, guided reflection sessions, and field visits to accessible beaches in the Peniche region. Trainers from ESTM and local associations will share real-world case studies and European good practices.

By the end of the course, participants will gain practical tools to implement inclusive sport and tourism experiences in their own contexts, fostering empowerment, participation, and well-being.
